Experienced Staff
We understand that starting a new activity can be intimidating, so our specialist instructor team are trained to put you at ease.
When you join one of our classes, our instructors will work with you to establish your current level of skill and physical fitness, then they’ll suggest adaptations to moves to ensure that you’re getting a great workout and perfecting your technique.
Most of all, though, our staff put an emphasis on learning whilst also having fun.
With over 30 years of experience within the martial arts industry, our DBS & First Aid trained instructors will be your personal guides to Black Belt excelence.

All our training venues are fully matted, clean and bright, and we ensure all our equipment and apparatus is fit for purpose, regularly checked and properly maintained.
